In this guide, we will help you order an Ultima Card. Together, we will go through the process from registering on the website to placing an order for the card. We'll demonstrate the KYC procedure, account verification, and physical card ordering.
Registration on the website
Visit https://ucryptocard.com/ On the main screen, enter your email and click on Proceed:
You will receive a confirmation code in your email from the uCrypto sender.
Enter it in the corresponding field.
A page will open where you can learn more about the Ultima Card and also order a physical card. With this, the registration process is complete.
Ultima Card Order
To order a card, press Order a Physical Card:
You will be suggested to undergo the KYC procedure. Depending on the country of your citizenship, click on the buttons below: "I come from a European country" or "I’m from outside Europe."
Please note that at the moment, it is not possible to issue and deliver cards to the following countries and regions: USA, Belarus, Cuba, North Korea, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Central African Republic, Myanmar, Haiti, Iran, Libya, Russia, Syria, Somalia, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe, DPR, LPR, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, Crimea.
Also, note that card delivery to India is currently unavailable. Cards for Indian citizens will be delivered to the Ultima office in Dubai, and you can collect them at the event scheduled for April 13, 2024, in Dubai.
We will demonstrate the process for citizens of European countries. On the next page, you will need to indicate whether you are a resident of the USA and click Continue:
Now choose the country of which you are a citizen:
Next, choose the type of document you are ready to upload:
Below, upload your document. Please note that you need to upload a photo of the document from each side separately.
After uploading, click Next. You will be asked to take a selfie. Click the "I'm ready" button when you are ready:
To take a selfie, look into the camera of your device. Ensure that your face fits within the frame, and then slowly rotate your head in a circle. If you do everything correctly, you will see a message on the screen indicating that the face scan was successful.
Then, at the final stage of the KYC procedure, you will be asked to review the documents and confirm the information by clicking the Next button.

The next step after the KYC procedure is to provide the missing information. You will need to enter your phone number or email. In the opened window, enter your details and click Confirm. Then, follow the instructions on the interface.
After entering the information, you will see a message indicating that the data has been submitted for verification.
You can track the verification status in your account. To do this, place your cursor over the profile icon and click on Basic Information:
Order and payment for the card
Once the verification process is complete, click on "Order a Physical Card" again. In the opened window, enter your address and click on Confirm:
Next, you will be suggested to make the payment for card issuance. Payment can be made using any available digital assets listed. The cost in euros is fixed at 250 euros (235 euros for card issuance and 15 euros for delivery). The amount in USDT will be calculated based on the current exchange rate at the time of payment. Click the Pay button at the bottom of the screen:
You can pay for the card using the Ultima Card Voucher purchased at Ultima Store. The voucher fully covers the cost of card issuance and delivery. To apply the voucher, enter the received code into the corresponding field on the payment page:
If you don't have a voucher, choose a convenient payment method and press the Pay button at the bottom of the screen:
A page with payment details will open. Scan the QR code or copy the address below to send the cryptocurrency to it. After completing the payment, click the Done button. Please note that the payment must be made within 30 minutes.
Great! You have ordered and paid for the card. Expect information about the card's delivery to your email, and you can also track the status in your account. The estimated delivery time is between 10 and 21 days.
