Dear community members, we’d like to share an important security update with you. For new users on the platin-passport.com website, the only available method of two-factor authentication, or 2FA, is the Google Authenticator app.
For users who have selected Telegram as their preferred authentication method, a second 2FA method will appear in the "Security" section - using the one-time password generator, Google Authenticator. In order to activate 2FA, you first need to deactivate authentication via Telegram.
Important: in order to receive payouts on the platinworld.com website, you must select Google Authenticator as your two-factor authentication method. If you have activated authentication via Telegram, it will be impossible to make a payout.
To activate 2FA on platin-passport.com you need to:
- Go to the "Security" section.
- Click on the "Activate" button.
- Follow the indicated instructions.
