Our team has implemented a new feature in SMART Wallet — now you can create up to 50 wallet addresses using just one mnemonic phrase. This improves convenience, security, and anonymity in SMART Wallet. In this guide, we will show you how to create a sub-wallet using an existing mnemonic phrase.

Go to “Settings” — “My Wallets”.

You will see a list of your wallets:

Click on the wallet for which you want to generate a sub-wallet. A list of wallet settings will open. Click on the button “Add New Address”.

A screen will open with a list of wallets that have a unique mnemonic phrase and for which sub-wallets can be created.

On this screen, you can access more information by clicking the What is an HD Wallet button.

A screen with additional information will open. To return to the wallet selection, click the Back arrow in the upper left corner of the screen.

Select the wallet for which you want to generate a sub-wallet and click “Confirm”.

On the next screen, you will see a warning that generating a new address will cost 0.1 SMART. This amount is required to activate the new wallet. To proceed, click “Confirm”.

Confirm the creation of the new wallet by entering your PIN code. If everything is done correctly, you will see a message that the wallet has been created. Click “OK”.

The “My Wallets” section will open. There, you will see the suw-wallet you just created.

Note: If the primary wallet you selected uses Smart Defender, all created sub-wallets will also work with Smart Defender. When restoring the wallet, all created sub-wallets will automatically load.
