Verification is an important step for every Ultima Business partner. By going through the verification process, you keep the system legal and secure and maximize your opportunities. In these instructions, let's find out how to verify your Ultima Business account.

Sign in to your Ultima Business account, and you will see your verification status in the top left corner. Now, in the upper right corner, click on your account icon and go to account settings.

This will take you to the Smart Pass interface. In the left menu, choose the Verification section.

Carefully fill out all the fields: name, surname, gender, date and place of birth, nationality, and passport details. Keep in mind that all fields must be filled out in the Latin alphabet. Please note: when filling out the form, it is unacceptable to use such symbols as a comma (in the fields "Place of birth" and "Issued by") and a dot (in the name). Having filled out the form, click "Save". If your document does not have an expiration date, you can enter a date 5 years later than the current date in the corresponding field.

After that, proceed to the second part of filling out the verification form: uploading photos of your documents. You need to upload two files: a photo or scan of the main pages of your passport or ID card, and a photo or a selfie of you holding your passport open on the main page. If part of the data on the application form is on the back of the document (ID card), please upload a photo of both sides of the document. Hold the document so that you can clearly see all the information. Once you have uploaded the documents, click the "Verify" button.

Now let's move on to the next step - filling in the address. Carefully fill in all the lines. Remember that you should fill in the verification form only in the Latin alphabet. Having filled out the form, do not forget to save your changes.

If your country is a part of the EU, you will also need to confirm your home address by uploading address verification documents. You will need to upload a photo or scan of the main pages of your passport or ID card. If you do not have a passport or ID card, a photo or scan of another official document or credit card statement, utility receipts, letters from government agencies, insurance documents, bank statements and phone bills will do. The document must be released at least three months before the upload date.

Please note that documents must be in JPEG or PNG format. If your country is not in the EU, you do not need to confirm your address.

Please note that we accept documents in languages with the Latin and Cyrillic alphabets. If the documents are issued in a language with another alphabet, a notarized translation will be required.

We will notify you as soon as your account is verified. In case we have any questions about the form, you will be contacted by our support team. We recommend that you check the email to which your Smart Pass account is registered.
