Voting conditions
Preliminary voting will take place from October 31 to November 2. From November 2 to 3, the final voting stage will take place, involving the top 2 projects from each group with the most votes. Only registered users who have completed the KYC process on the exchange can participate in the vote.
To participate, users need Rockets. Each Rocket equals 1 vote. A participant can cast a maximum of 10,000,000 votes for ULTIMA.
Rockets are allocated equivalent to the USDT balance, where 1 USDT = 1 Rocket. You can check the available Rocket balance in the Rewards section: https://www.htx.com/en-us/welfare/web/rewards?tab=5
Note that Rocket voting does not deduct USDT or any other cryptocurrencies from your balance — only Rockets.
All users who vote for the project in the finals will share the prize pool — the reward share will be calculated based on the number of votes cast.
Users who vote for the winning project during the final vote will have the opportunity to split the prize pool — specifically 300,000 USDT!

How Do You Register on HTX?
Visit the website https://www.htx.com/en-us/. Click on the Sign Up button in the top right corner:
In the pop-up window, enter your mobile phone number and click Next:
You will receive an SMS with a confirmation code, which you will need to enter on the next page.
After entering the confirmation code, set your password. For your security, we recommend using complex passwords generated with password generation services.
Once you create a password, click on the Begin Your HTX Journey button:
Congratulations! You are now registered on the HTX exchange:
How Do You Complete KYC on HTX?
To participate in the vote, you need to pass the first level of KYC on the exchange.
To do this, log in to the platform by clicking on the Sign In button in the top right corner.
Then click on the Get Started button on the opened page:
A page will open where you will be prompted to complete KYC. Click on the Verify button:
Next, select Personal Verification:
Then click on the Verify Now button next to the L1 Basic Permissions verification level — this level is sufficient if your trading volumes do not exceed 5 BTC per day.
In the opened window, select your country of citizenship, enter your last name, first name and date of birth. Then click Submit:
Done! You have passed the first level of verification. Now you can proceed to the second level of verification, but for voting, having the first level of verification is enough.
How Do You Top Up Balance on HTX?
The next step is to top up your balance on the exchange. To do this, go to the Asset section and click on the Deposit button at the top of the screen:
Select the asset from the list on the left that you want to send to the exchange. Don’t forget to specify the correct network on the right.
At the bottom, you will find the address to deposit to your exchange account — you can copy it by clicking on Copy address or send tokens by scanning the QR code.
Send the cryptocurrency and wait for the transaction to change the balance in the My Asset section (https://www.htx.com/en-us/finance/account/).
Here you can also see the Rockets available to you. They will be credited to your balance 24 hours after you top up your account.
How Do You Vote for Ultima?
Now that you have registered on the platform, completed verification, topped up your balance and received Rockets, you can cast your vote for Ultima. Remember, the vote for ULTIMA will take place in two stages:
Preliminary voting period: 15:00 (UTC+3) on October 31, 2023 — 15:00 (UTC+3) on November 2, 2023
Final voting period: 15:30 (UTC+3) on November 2, 2023, to 15:30 (UTC+3) (UTC+3) on November 3, 2023
To begin, log in to HTX and go to the voting page. The link will be posted on HTX’s social media, as well as Ultima’s social media. On the opened page, click on the Go Now button.
A list of projects will appear. Select Ultima and cast your vote for the project.
