Dear users!
The Ultima team is pleased to introduce a new platform where users can exchange USDT for ULTIMA and ULTIMA for SMART within the ecosystem.
Currently, there are two exchange directions available: USDT to ULTIMA and ULTIMA to SMART. In this guide, we will show you how to perform these exchanges on the platform.
To proceed with the exchange, you need to log in to the platform at https://ultima.io/en/.
After logging in, you must accept all agreements and click the Confirm button:
This will open the Exchange page, where you need to accept another agreement regarding the exchange terms. After that, click the Continue button:
In the window that opens, select the cryptocurrency you want to exchange at the top, and the one you want to receive at the bottom. Enter the amount of cryptocurrency you want to exchange in the Give field. At the bottom, in the Get field, you will see the amount you will receive as a result of the exchange. Below, in the Ex.Rate graph, you will see the exchange rate at which the exchange will be made.
Now, let’s proceed to the exchange process.
On the Exchange page, select the token you want to change in the Give field in the upper right corner. To do this, click on the currency icon and select the desired one from the list that appears. In our example, we will choose the ULTIMA token:
Then enter the number of tokens you want to exchange. Next, in the upper right corner in the Get field, select the token you want to receive. To do this, also click on the cryptocurrency icon and select the desired one from the list that opens.
We will choose SMART:
You will see the calculated amount of SMART you will receive as a result of the exchange.
After selecting the tokens for exchange, click the Exchange button:
A window will appear with the address to which you need to send your tokens. Make the transaction and wait for it to be confirmed in the blockchain.
After successfully completing the transaction to the exchange address, the system will convert the transferred amount into the currency you were exchanging, and the tokens will be credited to your exchange balance. You can make a Payout from this balance at any time.
All exchange transactions are available in the Transactions section.
As you can see, the exchange process is very simple, and the exchange itself happens very quickly.
Cryptocurrency Payout
You can withdraw cryptocurrency from your Exchange Balance at any time in the Payout section.
Navigate to Payout, select the balance from which you want to make the withdrawal, and click the Next Step button at the bottom of the screen:
In the window that opens, in the Wallet address field, enter the wallet address to which you want to make the withdrawal. In the field below, enter the amount you want to withdraw.
After filling in the fields, click the Transfer button. Each payout is confirmed with 2FA on your account. Therefore, enter the one-time password from Google Authenticator to confirm the payout. After this, your payout request will be created.
Done! The cryptocurrency will be transferred to the wallet address you specified soon:
You can always find all completed payouts in the Transaction — Payouts section.
Also, note that to access the Support section, click on your account name and select Support from the dropdown menu:
